Terms and Conditions of The Collective

Welcome to The Collective! By choosing to join our community, you're embarking on an enriching journey of growth, collaboration, and transformation. We're here to support you every step of the way, and we ask that you carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Fees and Payments

Annual and Monthly Subscriptions: Your membership can be purchased either on an annual basis or on a monthly subscription basis. The fee is payable upfront for annual memberships or on a recurring monthly basis for monthly subscriptions.

Payment Method: All payments are processed securely online. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable membership fees to your payment method.

2. Cancellation Policy

Monthly Subscriptions: If you wish to cancel your monthly subscription, a notice of at least 72 hours before your next billing date is required. Cancellations can be made by contacting our support team directly. Failure to provide timely notice will result in the next month's fee being charged as scheduled.

Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable. You may choose not to renew your subscription at the end of the annual term without penalty.

3. Refund Policy

All payments made to The Collective are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to monthly subscriptions, annual memberships, and any additional services or upgrades. We believe in the value and quality of our program and resources and encourage you to make the most of your membership experience.

4. Access and Use of Services

Upon enrollment and payment, you will gain access to The Collective's range of services, including but not limited to group calls, co-working sessions, resource drops, private podcasts, and more.

Your membership is personal; sharing membership benefits (such as login details and resources) with non-members is strictly prohibited.

5. Termination of Membership

Should you choose to cancel your membership, your access to The Collective and all associated services will be revoked at the end of your billing cycle.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership without notice should you breach any of these terms and conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided as part of The Collective, including resources, podcasts, templates, and workshop materials, remains the intellectual property of The Collective. Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of any materials provided is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Collective, its founders, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the services or participation in the program.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. All members will be notified of any significant changes to the terms and conditions.
